MEETING SPACE & THEATER RENTAL
We offer two studios for rent, both with sprung wood floors. The main studio is 2000 sq. ft. with a 36 ft. arched ceiling. The small rehearsal studio is 430 sq. ft. and features an array of up-to date Pilates equipment.

With rental of either space you will have access to the refrigerator, microwave, piano, water coolers, separate Men’s and Women’s dressing rooms and Green Room.  Our huge, free parking lot will accommodate all your needs!
Theater Rental
The addition of state of the art stage lights, black curtains and theatrical seating transforms this beautiful space into Sausalito's one and only Black Box performing space. A beautiful and intimate venue for dance performances, music concerts, cabaret shows, theatrical events and more. We also have an in-house costume shop with fitting rooms. Costumes are available for rental.

Cafe Style Seating Rental
The addition of black curtains and café seating transforms this space into a charming performance lounge. A beautiful and intimate venue for music concerts, dance performances, cabaret, comedy shows, theatrical events and more.

  • Large Studio for Classes - $50 per class  
  • Rehearsal & Auditions - $50 per hour 
3 hour minimum for catered events.  Cleaning fee for any parties or events is $60.
Requirements for All Renters
Must have event insurance up to 1 million dollars for dates of performance and rehearsals.Proof of insurance must be presented to StageDor prior to renting the space.
