We offer two studios for rent, both with sprung wood floors. In their natural state, both studios are used primarily for dance classes, performance workshops, rehearsal space.

With the addition of state-of-the art stage lights, black curtains and theatrical seating, our large studio is magically transformed into Sausalito's one and only black box performance space. A beautiful and intimate venue for dance performances, music concerts, cabaret shows, comedy nights, motivational events, and so much more.

With rental of either space you will have access to the refrigerator, microwave, rehearsal piano, water coolers, separate Men’s and Women’s dressing rooms and Green Room.  Our huge, free parking lot will accommodate all your needs!

We also have an in-house costume shop with fitting rooms. Costumes are available for rental.

Insurance Requirement
ALL renters must have event insu-rance up to $1 million dollars for all performance and rehearsal dates. A certifi-cate of insurance must be provided naming Stage Dor as additional insured.
