Jen Fuller is trained in the Egoscue Method, a unique and effective program designed to treat musculoskeletal pain without drugs, surgery or manipulation.  The Egoscue Method restores the body back to its intended design, resulting in a higher quality of life through proper alignment, motion and full function.

Certified Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer and Movement Therapist.  Throughout her life,  Beth has worked with individuals and groups teaching fitness, health and movement in private and corporate settings.  
 
Beth excels at assisting people to become more aware of their bodies, improve posture and increase strength, balance and flexibility. Clients learn how to to fully, and correctly, activate and engage deep muscles to achieve greater tone and muscular symmetry.  She works out of her own pilates/fitness studio, gyms and private homes.

DOREE CLARK | Owner and Artistic Director 
Owner of Stage Dor Dance Studio, founder and artistic director of the Don’t Quit Your Day Job Dancers, and past National Ballroom Champion, Doree has danced and choreographed for stage, television, and film. She currently teaches classes in Ballroom, Jazz, and theatrical performance for Musical Theatre.
INGRID SERENNE | Ballet - Pilates Mat 
Ingrid has danced, choreographed, and instructed for over 25 years; at one time she was the Assistant Ballet Mistress and Choreologist with the National Ballet of Canada. Ingrid has taught Pilates for the past seven years and is a Master Pilates Teacher, instructing Pilates teachers for the past seven years. 
SHARA SWITALA | Fusion Jazz - Burlesque Jazz
Shara comes from a traditionally trained background of dance and performing arts. She spent five years touring the U.S. as a Middle Eastern dancer and has performed in vaudeville dance revues and Latin dance troupes in San Francisco.
TOM MAYOCK | Contemporary - Ballet
Tom has studied with Frank Bays, Pat Hon, Wade Madsen, Lila York, Paul Sannasardo, and Margaret Swarthout. He has performed with El Teatro Danza Contemporanea De El Salvador, a company of diverse works in classical, indigenous and contemporary dance.  Tom has also danced with Ellen Bauer Dance, Printz Dance Project, Cornish Dance Theater, Ketchikan Ballet Theater, Nevada Dance Theater, Marin Dance Theatre, Marin Ballet, and in corporate industrials, and “Sand Dance,” an independent dance video. His choreography for children has been broadcast on television.
LISA STEVENS | Ballet
Lisa Stevens has been trained as a ballet teacher by Ruth Petrinovic in her Seminars for Teachers in Classical Ballet. She began her training in ballet with San Francisco Ballet. She also studied and performed with Jean Hart’s Royal Academy in San Francisco. In Florida, she was a dancer and faculty member of Boca Ballet Theatre for 10 years. Early in her career, Lisa performed various roles in SF Ballet’s Nutcracker. As a member of Jean Hart’s California Imperial Ballet in San Francisco she performed in Sleeping Beauty and Giselle. At Boca Ballet Theatre she performed in La Bayadere, Les Sylphides, Romeo & Juliet and Swan Lake

Jomar has been a teaching artist since 2006 instructing students in "Creative Play" and teaching Hip Hop in the Bay area. He earned his B.A. in Theater from San Diego Stage University, and holds a Master of Fine Arts degree from the American Conservatory Theater (A.C.T.) in San Francisco.
Over some 20 odd years, Shanti has studied with Marin Ballet, Dance Arts Studios, The Boston Conservatory, The American Musical and Dramatics Academy and Broadway Dance Center in NYC. She has also been a part of the Salsa, Lindy Hop, and West Coast Swing Community for nearly 10 years and continues to compete today. From her exposure to many forms of dance and technique, Shanti enjoys the challenge of finding new ways to blend styles into her own unique groove which she shares through her classes and choreography.

EDYTA SALTSMAN | Zumba
Edyta was born and raised in Poland. She is an NASM certified fitness trainer. She also teaches spinning and body sculpting but her main passion has always been dance. Edyta has been teaching zumba in the Bay Area for over 3 years. She is a member of a professional salsa team Afinkao, she organizes salsa workshops for couples and teaches salsa classes all over Bay Area. She studied Latin dance with such renowned teachers as Isabelle Rodriguez, Jhon Fredy Narvaez or Liz Rojas.
